A big SHOUT OUT to Jay Perry and Perry's Landscaping for stepping up to help out the North San Juan Community Center with a much needed clean up and dump run. Jay volunteered his time, his truck, and his trailer to help us clean up our act at the NSJCC! Neighbors like Jay who support us with actionable and genuine assistance and support, are a necessary contentment to our all volunteer organization staying open.

Jay showed when he said he would, worked hard with a smile and a joyful attitude, picked up all of our garbage that needed to go all the way down into town, and did not charge us a penny for his time or the use of his vehicle.

Please help support this good neighbor by hiring him to do your landscaping and hauling tasks.

Jay Perry has been working with me for the past 30 years, maintaining my 28 acre ranch property as a wildlife refuge. He has done every job from tree work, landscaping, weedwhacking, plumbing and sprinkler system, containing blackberry growth in designated places, cleaning pine needles and oak leaves off roofs, etc. He is always professional, cooperative and a good listener. Currently, we are studying the Beneficial effects and "How To" of Prescribed Burning to increase the well-being of the soil, native grasses, wild flowers, insects, birds and wildlife. I recommend Jay and his team for any work that needs doing.
