Courtney was professional and responsive to my inquiry about staging. She's the only one who sent a detailed proposal up front, which my client and I appreciated. Being detail oriented is great...but it was her staging that completely transformed the condo into a warm, comfortable place any buyer would love. After seeing the the staging, we raised the price $25,000 and fully expect to get that amount or more. Good staging increases value, no question. Now go hire her!
