We feel Stratton Electric took advantage of us. We called for them to come out for the annual tune-up of our generator. The first repair person said he didn’t have a manual but hoped he had set everything correctly. It was working before he touched it, then it wasn’t working. Stratton sent out 2 more repair people, and it was decided the control panel was burned out. We know it was not burned out when the first person came out because it was working perfectly. Stratton then charged us $435 for another trip charge to diagnose the problem, then another $1232 to replace the control panel. Phil told us that he would come up with a fair solution. He "magnanimously" reduced the trip charge by $285. We had no choice but to have them replace the part, since my husband is a disabled veteran on oxygen. We ended up paying $500 for the tune-up and $1373 for the repair. The most ridiculous and insulting part was Dawn Stratton acting indignant that we think they did something to our generator. Picture taking your perfectly running car into the shop for a tune-up. When you come back it’s not running, but they deny all responsibility and want to charge you $1373 to diagnose and repair what they did to it. I bet the Strattons wouldn’t accept that. We will not be using them in the future.

What an amazing experience with Phil Stratton Electric, Inc. From start to finish Phil and his team (of amazing people) had great communication, explained everything in detail, your prompt and took care of us. While installing our generator his guys took their time, ensuring everything was done to perfection, cleaned up all debris and were very professional. We will definitely be using Phil and his team again for future electrical needs, we highly recommend Phil Stratton Electric, Inc.

We had an emergency with our generator on a Friday, with very muddy roads to our place. I had to give the service tech a ride the last mile or so to our place, but he did a great job and got the unit running well.

Phil Stratton Electric did a great job on a project in Holbrook AZ. My company is not local to the area and I needed an electrical company to do a fair amount of work. I called Phil Stratton Electric because I'd heard good things about them by my customer. Phil Stratton and his team did not disappoint! He and Dawn were pleasant and personable from the first day we met and assured me that his team would do exactly what we wanted. They did exactly that and more! His techs were professional in all aspects of the word, dressed appropriately for work, clean, alert, and ready to work on time. I had some last minute changes and even though he was busy Phil was able to move things around to accommodate those changes. I asked Phil Stratton to come and do some work on my cabin in Lakeside. Office staff was very courteous and professional. They were accommodating and understanding to my schedule even though aren't there full time. They had done really good work during the purchase process by removing an old switch box and installing a new circuit breaker box. I asked them back out again to install some outlets and check some wires. There were a couple of hiccups during the process (expected with older cabins), but the owner called me and we worked a solution together. Really appreciate the customer service and personal attention I received. I felt like my voice and concerns were heard.

Phil Stratton Electric is a high quality company. Mr. Stratton came out fully inspected my generator hook up situation. He provided answers to all my questions and provided me with a excellent quote. The electricians assigned my job came out and worked most of the day in total down pour. They completed the job which was very professional in design. The electrician then went over the generator hook up and operation of the unit. I was extremely impressed, just don't find service like this anymore.

They installed the generator for my home recessed lighting throughout my house and outlets on the outside of my home so I can plug in my Christmas lights. They were very knowledgeable professional showed up on time and cleaned up nicely when they finished. I highly recommend Stratton electric for all your electrical and generator needs.
