Would not return to this location. Older male manager made me and my wife feel extremely unsafe with the way he was acting around his staff and other customers. Not the kind of service I've experienced at other locations before our move. Extremely disappointing. We'll have to find another Saturday night pizza spot. Disgusting behavior. My wife and I will be contacting Pizza Factory Corporate in hopes this isn't in line with the company. LGBTQ FRIENDLY IS A LIE

Alright, so from what I heard, the managers treat their workers like dog shit and I feel so bad for them. Their pizza isn’t to bad from experience and the employees under the managers were pretty nice, but tonight was an eye opener. One of the owners from what I suspected while I was eating my pizza was leaving the place right? Another lady left before him (from what I caught her name was Ruby and the owner is Scott) and then as the manager Scott left the joint he did an Sig Hail Nazi salute INFRONT of customers and his employees, even stating he was copying the infamous Elon Musk “salute” before he exited the pizza joint. I was appalled and disgusted. I don’t have much of an opinion on politics but that was just to far and vile. I don’t think I’d feel safe eating there again, and I hope that the workers there can find elsewhere because nobody deserves to work under someone like that. 😒

A small parlor but cozy set back and quiet. Has a good lunch special for pizza slices and a soda. Tap beer 5 or 6 choices. Calzones and Lasagne are good. Has 3 TVs going and music playing.

Simple and clean location. And the pizza is awesome. If you like Straw Hat pizza, this is right up there as far as how it's prepared and taste. Toppings will not easily slide off the slice. Will certainly be dining here again.

I love the new pizza by the slice option and the combo deal of salad bar, pizza buffet, and a soft drink! Both deals are SO reasonably priced, and lately, there has been more consistency with the pizza overall than there has been in the past, so that's nice too. Once in a while, the pizza in the hot case seems to have been sitting for a while, but the staff are so nice that they will allow you to pick a slice from the pizza buffet which usually has more options than the hot case of just pepperoni and cheese. (Although pepperoni is my favorite anyway!) A suggestion would be to reduce the amount of pizza sauce, though. Finally, a red sauce I actually like b, t it's a bit on the heavy side.

I went there to have a quick lunch. I was very happy to see a great salad bar. It was very clean and had several choices. The sandwich I had was very good. I'll be back.

Don't bother bringing anything larger than a 50 dollar bill they will make you go somewhere else to get change to make your purchase!!! Terrible service also. Made a suggestion to the worker about letting their customers know that they can't accept any large bills beforehand, and all I got was I only work here!! Terrible customer service! Save yourself the hassle and make the trip to angels camp or valley springs for better pizza establishments!

Second time we've came when it should have been up and running just to be told it would take a while for the ovens to heet up. (WHY WERE THEY OFF) & buy then they would be closed. Fri nite 830pm.
They really don't want to make any money. My order always comes to $48. + . I don't think we'll try again.
