I brought a couch cover to Pohan’s to be repaired and I was super happy with the experience! Everyone was super friendly, I appreciated that they explained what they were going to do in the repair and I think they communicated expectations really well (timeline, availability, pricing, etc.). I would definitely come back to Pohan’s for small and big projects alike! Their work and customer service is superb!

You will not find a place of business with more passion. I believe they've been around for decades! They've had to recently relocate due to the wild fires with new delivery vans/location etc. Essentially, Pohan's never even skipped a beat to serve California. Speechless.
The employees are loyal and the owner (Sean) bends over backwards for every client to ensure 100% customer satisfaction!

Bobbi has been doing jobs for me for years, and no request is too hard, takes too long or is too much trouble. Everything from one-off cushions with exotic fabrics from my travels, to sofas, chairs, ottomans, a duvet cover and shams and yesterday, napkins. The team is dedicated and their work is perfection. How lucky are we to have them right here in Calistoga! Thank you!
