This place is organized, and customers service is good, a guy help us out with two Lanterns(and big plastic candles),one was slightly damage and the top did not much, 20% off 500 or more and 10% off for the damage, to a total of 30%off. Good deal. Only to find out that the online store has 30% off with the " Savemore"code , which apply to my lanterns, and I could get it shipped to my place. I would recommend to check prices online first, before go to the store and buy the product.

Well, the store looked quite nice but the items are very expensive for the quality they offer. All the discounts we were offered three times by different employees didn't help. One sales guy was very friendly and helpful.
At the end, we were approached again by an employee who wanted to sell us something. When I mentioned that we were looking for our RV, we had obviously fallen through her very own “Customer-Budget-Test” and she turned around and left. Very arrogant.

Sorry to learn the customer service at Pottery Barn is so lacking. I purchased the small Mother of Pearl table clock. The second hand began to scrape and etch face of the clock. This took time to occur - past the 30 day complaint window. With no customer good will or loyalty, I was told there’s nothing I can do. Now I know. It’s simply a $100 lesson which teaches me not to shop at PB. No problem. Don’t buy the mother of pearl clock. It’s pretty but if it becomes defective, it’s your problem.

Great looking shop, nice quality items, good selection but let down by rude employees. The blonde woman in particular was especially rude to several people in our group. Perhaps she forgot she's there to take care of the customer? Otherwise, a typical Pottery Barn.

I have been a loyal customer of Pottery Barn for many years, mostly at their Santa Monica Store, but I am now disappointed with the way you are treated as a customer.
I purchased a diffuser as a Christmas gift, but I was told by the person I gave the gift that there was virtually no scent; and it was certainly an expensive scent diffuser.
I was embarrassed for giving a Christmas gift that did not work, I went to the store and asked the manager if I could return the item as the diffuser did not work. I was told by the store manager that I could not return the diffuser because it had been opened.
But the only way to find out if a diffuser works and you are satisfied with the product is to open it! What a disappointment! I will no longer be buying anything from Pottery Barn.

Worse purchase I’ve made. Customer service does not help you with anything. I’ve called 3 times telling them how my brand new sofa was dirty with dirty hand prints, and broken leg. I took pics right away and called them to complain. It’s been 4 weeks and they have not done anything about it. They charge $300 for white gloves delivery and special care. I didn’t receive any of that. I will never buy anything from here again. Don’t waste your money.

Almost everything in our home was purchased from Pottery barn. Just bought a new lamp for $600.00 and noticed a few days later that the price was reduced by $100.00. Unfortunately their new policy won’t allow them to adjust the price. Hello Pottery Barn customer service…it’s 2023!! Why would I buy anything from you again! Very disappointing.
