We had a great experience with Premier. Vitaliy was great to work with and was always responsive when we had questions. They were very helpful when it came to allowing us to do some of the parts of construction ourselves and issuing credits for the work we did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a pool that does understand that projects like this can and will have hiccups, and it's the way they handle them that you should look at. Everything was handled professionally, and the project turned out great in the end. Thanks for the great work PPAS!!

We recently completed a Pool & Spa installation with Premiere Pool & Spas. Although there were some minor hiccups along the way, we are happy with the final product.

During construction, our project encountered a few setbacks. There were scheduling issues with some of the sub-contractors, we had delays receiving some materials, the destruction to our yard was larger than we hoped – to their benefit, PPAS were very upfront about the expected destruction. We would be lying if we said we weren’t uneasy at times – the yard looked like a disaster throughout most of the project.

However, Rick was very communicative and patient with our many questions. Vitaliy came out personally to fix an issue with our spa jets. They quickly replaced a low voltage transformer that buzzed more than we’d like. Despite the few scheduling setbacks, the pool was finished and turned out wonderful. All of our interactions with the Premiere employees and contractors were pleasant.

Could the overall process have been smoother? Yes.
Are we happy with the final result? Yes!

We would and have personally recommended PPAS if you are considering a pool.

Eddy was great through the whole process from start to finish. He has been awesome with any questions I had after it was all installed as well. Overall easy and pretty painless process. The pool quality is excelent and I would highly recommend them. We love our pool!

We received bids all over the place in terms of price. PPS came in at the right balance of price and reputation. Vitaliy (in the local Wilsonville office) was our point person. He was always accessible and helped us steer toward a couple of smart changes along the way that didn’t grossly affect the price. The day before we were slated to return home to our finished pool, a blizzard struck, wiping out power to the area. This put our brand new pool in jeopardy from freezing temperatures with no pumps to keep water systems moving. Vitaliy dispatched a late night crew that literally encountered two closed roads on both sides of our home due to down trees and power lines. In 17° temperatures in the middle of the night, they hand-carried pumps and generators to our home, around emergency response personnel, and drained the pool’s filter lines so as to avoid damage. They sent photos of the whole adventure. It was like watching an all-too-real movie. But they did it. Just out of the kindness of their hearts. These are exactly the sort of people you want to work with. Don’t take chances on the company when it’s this kind of an investment.

Excellent partnership through the entire construction process. As with anything, a few small issues at the end and they dealt with them promptly and without issue. Vitaly deeply cares about his customers and wants to help them build a lifetime of memories. We inherited a pool installed by Premier Pools four years ago. We just today had issues with the automatic cover not fully opening. I contacted them and the owner personally called and helped me fix it over the phone. He asked me to send images and marked up the pictures and described exactly what to do and Voila! Fixed! Nothing to gain and spending Friday night helping me fix my pool that was out of warranty! Thanks again! Customer service that doesn't seem to exist elsewhere these days!
