Julio and his crew are amazing. They did our backyard hardscaping/landscaping and irrigation, a gas valve, and some electrical in our garage. When I wanted to add another tankless water heater, instead of just adding it and charging me for the equipment and labor, he showed me how to use the recirculate function on our current one and it works perfectly — I don’t know that many other contractors would be so honest. Julio and his crew are capable, reliable, and communicative. I will continue to use his services for future projects. Outdoor kitchen, coming soon! 🙂

We had a water damage in our house. We decided to use Premier Remodel & Construction Inc for the repairs. Julio, contractor, and his team performed the repairs including drywalls, insulation, painting, LVP flooring, etc. The work was completed exceptional well and per our contractual without any delays. Julio is very knowledgeable and informative. He always took the time to properly explain how the process worked. He was very helpful and went above and beyond. We’ve had Julio and company do 2 showers, a LVP flooring install and some painting. EXCELLENT workmanship and communication. We have a few more projects to get done and wouldn’t even consider using anybody else. You can’t go wrong with PRC and Julio.

Julio is an excellent contractor and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He completed several jobs for me (landscaped my entire backyard and did some additional fence installation) and he was very professional, responsive to any questions or concerns and did very high quality work. He is also a super nice person and very easy to work with. On top of all that, his pricing is also very reasonable! I would use him again for any construction needs I have and recommend him without any hesitation to others.

Julio Chavez and his crew Francisco, did such a beautiful job on the interior of our home after water damage I would give him more than a five star for he is such a kind hearted, hard-working, professional, and his workmanship has so much expertise.
