Seeing an ad on the back window of a pickup truck, I called for an estimate, for front yard lighting that needed repair.
Small job.
Dec 4th, 8 to 9 was set.
The gentleman was punctual, and professional. Our estimate was 500.00.
This was mentioned 3 times. I agreed, and was told because the job was small, he would return mid-afternoon or the next day.
Several days later, still no show. No call.
Finally I called. The gentleman promptly returned my call, apologizing for dropping the ball. All good ?.
I was then told he ran the 'numbers' through accounting, and our price would be 700.00, not 500.00. No valid reason given for the approximately 40% increase. Poor business model. Nope.

We had a great experience with Presidential. They installed three fans for us and had to go up into the attic to cut through the ceiling, replace switches, etc. They were great at communicating with us before, during and even after the job to make sure we were happy with everything. I felt like I could reach out about anything and get a timely response. They were quick and efficient workers and they did a great job! I will definitely be using them in the future.

Installed a ceiling fan on lanai by pool, lights on pool cage and lights to shine in the lawn for the dogs, all look great and installed on time, which is always a plus. Misael explained how to run everything from app on phone, making it even easier to use. Tropical storm Debbie came by 3 days after the install and the lights and fan came through looking great. Extremely happy with the entire process.

Based on the excellent reviews we decided to use Presidential for the first time to fix some of our outdoor lighting fixtures. Misael arrived on time and was very professional as he explained what he would do to troubleshoot the problem. He had a good working knowledge of our wireless fixtures and impressed us with specific details about our lighting system. He quickly identified the problem which was due to corrosion at several of the wiring connections and efficiently fixed the problem. He took the time to educate us on the wiring of our wireless system as well as bury the electrical connections so that they are not as susceptible to corrosion and/or landscaper damage. We will definitely use Presidential in the future.
