Not only did Sammy stayed within our budget, but his ideas were far better suited for our home. He made the process and experience very simple and stress free for our family. Our kitchen double in storage space and our floors look amazing. They went above and beyond by adding recessed lighting in our home and we finally got rid of all those lamps we have been using for years. I worked with Sammy & his wife Randall on my kitchen project. When Sammy saw my home for the first time he immediately realized there was a foundation issue. Sammy helped me find a company that could lift my home and rebuild the foundation, a huge project! He stuck with me through the whole traumatic process until we could actually start the project I initially called PreXa Design for, the kitchen! Every step of the way Sammy helped to identify issues and work through them together. As my home is nearly 100 years old, there are many issues! We had the greatest experience with Sammy and Randall. We started with our own ideas for our dream kitchen, but thanks to them we ended up with one of the most gorgeous remodels we have ever seen. I say this as a pragmatic person who chooses his words carefully. The improvements Sammy and Randall provided went far and above what we thought was possible.They were able to increase the storage space in our kitchen and living room by at least 25%, keeping the same basic floor plan. That alone was impressive, but the finishing work they did to bring it all together left us truly awed. Not a day goes by in which we don't look at our kitchen and smile. We absolutely love it!

They also did a great job of saving us from our own ideas when better alternatives existed. We had a strong vision of what we wanted when we first contacted them. They listened to our ideas and respected them. At the same time they made suggestions they thought would be more in line with the goals we communicated in the beginning . Their knowledge of materials helped us to make the perfect selections and often saved us money which was great in itself. We are glad that we listened because they took our vision and refined it into a beautiful reality that surpassed all our expectations.

Nearly 2 years later we are still getting compliments from friends, family and even a few repair people that have visited our home. Not only would we use their services again, but we are already making plans to have them do a bathroom remodel in a year or two. We are beyond satisfied with the service and professionalism from PreXa. Do yourself a favor and consider them for your renovations.

I was nervous about the end results, but Sammy, Randall and John explained every step and helped me with the design and to visualize the final product.
