Based on our experiences with other companies, we were unsure about having our valuable Persian carpets cleaned. I called and spoke with Maxwell, who scheduled an appointment right away and showed up on time. He explained the whole cleaning process, offered helpful suggestions, and went over the prices clearly. Feeling confident, we sent all our carpets for cleaning. Less than a week later, we got a call that our rugs were ready to be delivered. When the carpets came back, we were so impressed by how clean and fresh they looked, and the repairs were done perfectly. This was the best carpet cleaning experience we've had. It's great to know there are honest and skilled professionals out there. We are truly happy with the results and the friendly service.

We had them come out to clean our carpets and some furniture in Capitola that had been stained pretty badly. Not only did they do an amazing job making the carpets and upholstery look fresh and new again, but they also cleaned our pub chairs, one of which I thought was too stained to fix. I was so happy with how great everything turned out—it was truly impressive. The service was fantastic and the team was friendly and professional. We will definitely have them back for a full carpet cleaning throughout the house. Worth every penny, and I highly recommend their service!

really liked the personal attention and friendly conversation - they do more than just basic carpet cleaning! i brought pro team carpet cleaning three small rugs, one was a wool/viscose mix and the other two were all wool. all of them were cleaned really well and i was satisfied with the results. i plan to use them again when my carpets or rugs need cleaning, and will think about their other floor services too. the time from drop-off to pick-up was quick, and i thought the prices were fair.

I had a friendly technician clean one room in our house where our puppy had an accident. They did an amazing job, and the carpet looks brand new! The technician was very informative about the cleaning process, treatment, and subflooring. I plan to use them again for the rest of my house. I definitely recommend this company over the larger chains. While the prices were a bit higher than those chain places, the quality of work made it worth every penny. I’ll be on the lookout for any upcoming deals so I can get the entire house cleaned.

a few years back, i had my carpeted stairs cleaned by a well-known carpet cleaning service. i thought i was making a good choice. however, a young and inexperienced worker arrived and mainly just soaked my carpet. i reached out to express my concerns, and another worker came to do a slightly better job. over time, my carpeted stairs became increasingly dirty. just when i was about to replace my perfectly good carpet, i heard about a local carpet cleaning service on the radio and decided to give them a chance. i called and spoke with a very helpful staff member who scheduled an appointment for me. i made sure to mention that my stairs were quite soiled and needed a deep clean. on the day of my appointment, a team of three, including the owner, showed up right on time and got straight to work. they really did an amazing job! my carpeted stairs are now spotless, and i couldn't be happier! i will definitely recommend this carpet cleaning service to all my friends for their rug, carpet, and upholstery cleaning needs, instead of that big name company that didn’t meet my expectations. there’s simply no comparison between a large company that outsources their work and a smaller one where the owner is actively involved in providing quality service. i look forward to using their services again in the future!

Maxwell and his team have been taking care of my large home’s carpet cleaning for over 9 years. He is honest and fair, providing excellent spot removal without pushing for unnecessary cleaning. If a room or rug doesn't require cleaning, he’ll let you know. He also advises if a carpet is too delicate for certain chemicals. Communication is always clear once you’re on the schedule. I wholeheartedly recommend him. His business card is the only one I’ve kept in my wallet for years—just ask me to show it to you! I appreciate all the help and quick responses over the years. By the way, he has recently started offering tile grout cleaning too, and my kitchen, which is quite large, has never looked better!

After I reached out for carpet cleaning services, I was quickly contacted by Ryan and Maxwell. I needed my stairs and one room cleaned and treated for pet urine. They managed to fit us into their schedule in just a few days. Ryan came to pre-treat the pet urine spots and then returned the following day to treat those areas again and clean the carpets. He was both efficient and friendly. The carpets look and smell fantastic, with no signs of pet urine odor! The company is even willing to come back if the smell returns and provided us with a bottle of stain remover as well. We had a great experience and will gladly recommend their services to friends.
