Purchase green was amazing from first phone call to last. I had received a grant through First 5 Sonoma County to install artificial turf for my childcare business and they made sure everything went perfect and smooth on their end and mine. Terrible customer service!!!!!! We had turf installed in June. We purchased the dog-friendly turf by THEIR recommendation, and the Zeodorizer, also by THEIR recommendation. They were FULLY aware that we have a dog. 2 weeks after the install, our yard started to seem pungent like dog urine. We followed all cleaning instructions! I called their store and went down to their store and purchased their Turf Bomb. That did NOT work. We've tried several other products and they do nothing! 3 months later and our yard smells awful! Their project manager, Diego, came out on 9/6 and confirmed the odor in the turf and said that it should not smell like that. He was supposed to talk to his manger and come up with a solutionto correct it. I've called their store 12 times and sent texts to the manager, Kira, and NOTHING! They completely stopped responding to me!!! It's infuriating that we spend nearly $6k, and we're stuck with turf that smells pungent despite everything we do. Our kids can't play on it. Everything we set on it smells like putrid urine. It's disgusting!! I'm going to have no choice but to take them to small claims court. This is SO INFURIATING! And SO DISAPPOINTING!! We just want the issue resolved!!!

I purchased turf from these guys on two separate occasions- last year I went to the warehouse in Concord to pick up the product and the staff took extra care to ensure the product was tight on my truck- I felt very safe and cared for- then just bought again last month and service was excellent again! The delivery guy , Jesus was really nice and brought the stuff where I wanted it, instead of dumping it. The girl in the office, Haley did a great job ensuring I had everything I needed and the order was perfect! She called several times to ensure I was clear on the delivery time. Good company! I like them, would use again!

I have never been in the Santa Rosa Store as I live 1 1/2 hrs away. I called and talked to Carla and I told her I have photos of my yard to give her a better idea what I needed and the measurements. I said it's not a big yard and asked about remnants. I sent the pics to her and she called me back in about 10 minutes and had different options for me and explained that I could go online and look at the details. After reviewing I called right back and Carla answered the phone. I asked about delivery to my area and she said they could deliver as soon as tomorrow. I thought wow! She had called another sister store and found what I needed and made the arrangements. I must say I put my trust in her and I was so happy. The next day the delivery driver Richard arrived at 11:30 am and was very nice and helpful and I was totally pleased. The product they brought looked better than I thought it would. I'm so happy. Great job!

I first went to a turf competitor and their computer was done and were not able to accept turf orders. The system had been down for a week and they didn’t know when it would be back up. I left the store and called Kyra at Purchase Green. She helped me select a product for my pet area over the phone and had the order ready for pickup same day. Highly recommend others use them for their turf project.
