We needed our tv mounted on a wall in our master bedroom. We live in an older house with plaster walls so the job was not a typical install. Pure HD Audio/Video Design did an amazing job! Shannon and his team were courteous and very professional! I highly recommend them for your audio and video needs!

This will be a mixed review. The good: professional installation, including high end equipment and ceiling mounted speakers, priced better than Best Buy. Additional visit to install WiFi equipment, done as agreed . The BAD: on follow up services days can go by without a return call and even texts. Apointments are made and then delayed, or cancelled . The quality is apparent, but so is the lack of customer service.
UPDATE: I read the owners reply and the review wasn't about a single cancellation , but as noted delayed return messages, and scheduling issues. The last cancellation , regarding only reprogramming the remote we purchased from HD, it took 2 weeks to schedule after 2 weeks of no reply followed by a last minute family emergency and some inane reference to our lack of flexibility . If HDPure is sincere about its apology- find the time and take care of the issue .

I am a very happy and pleased customer of Pure HD Audio/Video. I would five them more than 5-stars if I could. Shannon Garrett and his team (Damien) have installed an entire home-tech system for both listening and viewing technology for us. If you live in the greater Riverside/Moreno Valley and extended area, you can't go wrong with these guys. They are the best!!

Guaranteed great work from Pure HD. Quality above all else and customer service the entire time. Other companies charge way too much, even on quotes, but Pure HD is a solid deal with top of the line final results.

I have used these guys a couple of times in the last four years. They are honest and do amazing work. They actually stand behind the work they do. I had a speaker go out and they came out two days later and replaced it with a brand new one. Professional customer service. Very reasonably priced.
