I had a reclining seat that was not functioning after I checked the plug and switched outlets. Most other repair places charged for inspections and quotes and most places were slow to get back to me. Peter and his team answered my call right away, they tried to talk me through over the phone how to trouble shoot the issue (which was difficult for me since I’m 7 mo pregnant), and then they were able to do a free inspection on there way to another repair site. The fix was a simple fix of a disconnected box that I couldn’t reach/ didn’t know about and the entire thing took 5-10 minutes. They were very kind, informative, and professional. Had there been a more complex issues I would have received a quote and fee for labor but since this was simple and on the way to another project they were courteous and did not charge. I will most definitely be working with them again in the future for any repairs. Very honest and fair business. Thank you

We are always so pleased with the high-quality work performed by Peter and his helpers!!! We have had several exceptionally valuable projects completed by Peter now:

1. Replaced legs on a rare one-of-a-kind zebra ottoman
2. Re-upholstered an antique highly carved ornate wood chair with imported Fortuny fabric.
3. Framed a +150 year old matador suit, found in Cordoba Spain, in an antique shadow box. The matador suit required extreme attention and care. Peter took apart the shadow box, removed the existing contents, refinished the box and beautifully hung our matador suit.

All of these works of art were our treasures that we entrusted to Peter's care. Truthfully, we were very nervous about having work done on them... but Peter exceeded our expectations for professionalism, attention to detail and craftsmanship. He is super responsive throughout the process and easy to work with! We are very pleased to have "our guy" who can do this type of work on our antique treasures. Couldn't give him a higher recommendation.

Peter and his crew did an excellent job on our furniture repairs. He answered our call and came out in a timely manner to give us an estimate. On the day of the repairs, they quickly and expertly restuffed some couch cushions, took apart and reassembled another couch that needed fixing, and did a minor wood repair on our banister. They were polite, efficient, put everything back in place, cleaned up, and were reasonably priced. I highly recommend Quality Furniture Services. Five Star for Quality Furniture Services!! We needed to have our dining chair seats redone as the bottoms were bottoming out. Granted they are 20 yrs old. We wanted to keep the fabric. Did an amazing job. We then had two barrel/swivel chairs since 2007. I worked in the furniture industry and knew the integrity of the chairs were good. Time to change the fabric. Ordered the fabric from Huntington House, NC. Peter, owner of Quallity Furniture Services advised the amount of fabric to order. Fabric delivered to our home. Peter personally came to pick up chairs and fabric. And brought them back after the work.
One chair was a pattern match. Amazing! Side note, if you are looking to do what we did, order enough fabric for additional seat casing. Worth it. Can't say how very happy we are with their work and giving personal attention.
