Jeff and Scooter reupholstered benches, chairs, and window seats. It was a large job, but they were not intimidated. The price was in our budget, and it was very competitive. Not only did they deliver within the timeline, the project turned out beautifully. They absolutely exceeded my expectations!! I will definitely recommend them to everyone!

When I first met with Jeff, I knew my antique sofa was in good hands. It’s a precious family heirloom that I couldn’t just hand over to anyone. Jeff took the time to go over in detail what would need to be done with my sofa to reupholster it, showed me unique and bountiful materials, was extremely honest on pricing and accurate with timeline. I am so happy with how this project turned out and I know that others in my family are so proud that new life has been breathed into it. Jeff’s wife was also behind the scenes on this project and was able to create the exact replica of throw pillows that I requested. This woman is very talented.

I did a major remodel to my kitchen and found that my burgundy nook chairs didn't look right with the new look in the kitchen, so I found R B Custom Upholstery. After speaking with Jeff and going through the many color swatch books he had at his place of business, I found some beautiful material to recover my four nook chairs. My interactions with Jeff made me feel confident that he would be fair and seeing the other work in progress at his shop made me feel comfortable having him and his wife Deb do the work. Jeff ordered me a sample swatch which was big enough to see exactly how the chair was going to look. I ordered the work, paid 50% down, and waited for my turn to bring over the chairs to be done. When I got the call he was ready for my chairs, I brought them over, although I understand he will pick them up too, and within a few days I had them all back. What a beautiful job! The chairs were pretty intricate with lots of folds, stitching patterns and multiple cushions. They came out identical to the original in every way, except now have beautiful new fabric, and they were consistently done. Jeff and Deb are artists!!! I highly recommend RB Custom Upholstery to anyone looking to get a fabulous job done with NO complications.

A TRUE ARTISAN!
Words cannot begin to describe the positive feelings I have about this company. From my first interaction with the owner, Jeff, I felt he was honest, fair and extremely professional. When I saw the quality of his work on some chairs he had in his shop, I was excited to see what he could do with our old dingy wing back chairs for our cafe. I was not disappointed! He delivered the chairs to us within two weeks of my placing the official order. They were extremely well done. Jeff is a true artisan. I am still astounded at the craftsmanship he is capable of. There are literally no flaws in his work on the work he did, and our cafe customers really like to linger in these chairs. He replaced the old cushions and now they are so comfortable. Jeff was both generous with his time (it took me a few visits to make decisions) and with his resources, (he let me keep multiple sample books for weeks as I decided on the best fabrics).
I would not hesitate for a moment to hire him again if the need arose. I think he is both extremely skilled and a person of integrity, and those are the types of people I want to do business with.

My new rescue puppy decided to chew on our sofa. I reached out to Jeff and had him repair. It took a little while to get on his schedule but once he picked up sofa it was only 4 days to finish and deliver. The sofa looks like new and I am very pleased. His work his very high quality and the price was reasonable for the amount of work he had to do. I would gladly use him again for other projects.
