Maria at Ramos Furniture Santa Cruz was so helpful with our La-Z-Boy selection. She provided plenty of information then politely gave us time to make our choices(which actually took us a few hours!) while she remained available to answer further questions, which of course we had. She was knowledgeable and experienced with all of the available models and covering choices. The whole time she was so kind and personable that it felt like our friend was taking care of our furniture needs. When we finally made our choice she gave us a very fair price compared to some other stores including over in San Jose and online. Maria represents a company culture at Ramos furniture where customers are treated fairly and honestly. She really helped us find what we were looking for.

We recently bought this lift top coffee table. Since it was the only one they had left, we ended up getting the floor model. Overall, it's not bad. This isn't the first time we purchase a piece from them.

The displays are beautiful, it's also well organized. Being that I was on crutches things were also on display in such a way that I was able to move around with ease (something I've had trouble with at other furniture stores). We went to quite a few stores before we found this one and we found our couch set! Yay!
The staff here was super friendly, not at all pushy and very personable. Roz was great and so was her manager!
Thank you two for taking weight off of our shoulders! We can't wait until they get delivered. 🙂

Excellent service. Everyone who works here is super nice and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed as I sat in a lot of different lazy boys. I was able to make my decision quickly and was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Very happy with my purchase.

First and foremost, I like to thank Maria, Sol, Blanca and Bobbi. Don’t be deceived while driving by. They have two large very large showrooms with many brands and several catalogs. In which I was able to find the perfect set up for my son‘s bedroom, a bunkbed with an integrated desk and hang out area. Their delivery team managed to snug the items through my front door without a scratch 👏🙌 highly recommended visiting 👍
