I had water and mold damage from a hot water pipe leak under the kitchen. Rapid Dry was extremely efficient in coordinating with my insurance carrier and guiding me through the entire restoration process. Their emploees from the project managers, all of the skilled technicians, and the office and bookkeeping staff were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.

Black mold was found in my kitchen. I called Rapid Dry Cleaning and Restoration to do the remediation work. The technicians came out very quickly to seal off the area. Over the next several days they worked meticulously to remove all of the mold. They were very professional and kept me apprised of how the work was progressing. The project manager, Andre, was fantastic.
He told me to feel free to call him, day or night, whenever I had questions. I did, and he was very responsive. That meant a lot to me and was just another example of their professionalism. While I hope never to be in a situation again where I need their services, if I did, I would not hesitate to use them once more.

We used the renovation arm of Rapid Dry to completely redo our guest bathroom. Josh and his team were amazing and came through with every promise they made. Every worker arrived as scheduled, completed their task and left the house clean and tidy. We took the bathroom down to the studs, so the job involved plumbers, dry wall, electricians, painters and tiling. If I could give them 10 stars I would, and will definitely be using Rapid Dry in any future projects.

After finding a water leak in a wall, we contacted Rapid Dry. Andre came out in a couple of hours and started to make things happen. This company is talented, organized, friendly, and fair. Very importantly, they handled the entire project from demolition, through remediation, to reconstruction. I highly recommend them.

Josh at Rapid Dry Cleaning & Restoration was recommended to me by a friend, and I’m so glad he did. They remodeled our showers, fixed our ceiling, added barn doors, replaced our slider, added a pressure regulator on our incoming water line, and added GFCI outlets. Oh and they found and fixed a small water leak. All of the work was done perfectly, within budget with no surprises, and within the timeframe we had agreed upon. I happily give them my highest recommendation!

My Mother had a slab leak in her laundry room which resulted in approx 1/2" of water in a hallway and a bedroom/bathroom ; we called Rapid Dry (based upon reviews) to mitigate the flooding and restore the damages. We were very pleased with their thoroughness and professionalism over the restoration process.
Especially noteworthy, were all of the various subs who performed their respective roles in returning the home to normal,
while exhibiting empathy and courteousness throughout. Also worth mentioning, are Josh and Travis, who essentially oversaw
the work schedule and kept us informed. It really helps to have
a company like this when the chips are down, so to speak, and we very much appreciate their collective attitude and effort.

I am late in posting this, but Rapid Dry, Palm Desert, did a wonderful job of cleaning my very light colored carpet in March, 2024. They were prompt, worked hard, did everything I asked, and at the lowest rate I could find. And the results were fantastic. Thank you Rapid Dry. I will call again when my carpet needs another good cleaning.
