So disappointed when our beautiful Natuzzi Italia sofa was delivered with what look like crushed arms -- as if it had been stored leaning on them. The store manager told me that is to be expected as it is part of the relaxed look one should expect with Natuzzi because the foam breaks down and the leather stretches after very little use. So if you are expecting a streamlined look as shown in the Natuzzi brochure and the new floor models -- buyer beware. On the other hand, perhaps relaxed is just what you are looking for.

A very high-end furniture store with incredible quality Bruno from the Palm Desert store was so helpful and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store.

The worst experience ever. Bought a $1,000 table. Bruno said it was in stock. Called for delivery date. Bruno quoted “3 weeks”. Called again with no response. Went back to the store. Told is on order 4-6 weeks. 6 months later, no table. They wanted us to keep the damaged floor model for 15% off. AMEX charge back. They picked up the loaner. Never again.
