I went into the store to get some flooring equipment and was greeted by a very nice lady who assisted me in getting everything I needed. I did not know much about the flooring tools so I needed some expertise in that field. On top of that, they have just about everything you could ever need for flooring. The pricing on the flooring is also the best in San Diego, hands down.

This place is not good at all I buy them materials 2 times and they were late and no communication they just keep telling me they will be here tomorrow and I really don't buy there I found out a place in. Los Angeles for cheap price an in stock all the time

UPDATE! I was forced to do business with Rayo again because only they had the flooring I needed in stock. I had a very good experience this time. I had to use customer service to replace a trim piece and had no problem getting it replaced free of charge and timely. They even took back a couple of full boxes of flooring I didn't need. (Probably because it was an item they stock)

Old review: I have had very poor customer service on two occasions. The first one involved being ignored in the showroom. I had asked for help and was pointed in the wrong area for the product I was interested in. Finally left after waiting 1/2 hour for a salesman. Second time, I called to see if they had a specific sample. Man said he would check and call me back in a few minutes. After 40 minutes I called back to see if he had forgotten me. He was very rude and said he was the only one there and was slammed and he'd call when he could. Just a simple "Sorry, I got busy" would have been appreciated. I never did hear back.

Rayo has great flooring selections and prices. Customer service is always exceptional. David and Miguel in the warehouse are very helpful, polite and patient. Tom McVeigh and several of the showroom sales personnel have been super helpful too. I will continue to refer family and friends to Rayo.

Awesome place this place never disappoints it's the third time I go there they always have a large selection at reasonable rates the people are fun and willing to help you I've never gone away from this place disappointed it was recommended to me by my neighbor who is a flooring pro
