This is my second time doing business with RB landscaping, since the experience from the first time was great. The lawn in my backyard was not in a healthy state, and it is a hassle to maintain it, so I was looking to convert it to an artificial lawn.

Nate, the office manager from RB landscaping offered a very competitive quote and answered many questions from us, as we are new to the world of artificial lawn. He is super responsive, we can almost always get response from him the same day we emailed him.

The crew leader Gustavo also communicated fast and well with us, and his team was able to finish the project one day earlier than expected. And it was beautifully done. We are very happy with the result.

We hired RB Landscaping to transform our front yard, and the project included front porch and pathway paver/porcelain installation, sand pathway, irrigation system, French drain, planting, lighting system, and mulch and gravel installation. We are extremely satisfied with the final results.

The quality of the paver and porcelain installation is excellent. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests without charging extra. For example, when the porcelain we ordered didn’t fully cover the planned area, leaving a narrow strip, we don’t want to order more to fill it, because it doesn’t look aesthetically pleasing. We asked if they can cut the concrete to fit the existing porcelain, and they are able to do that. they also adjusted the paver and edge that had already been installed to fit the cut. Their flexibility and attention to detail were impressive.

Communication throughout the process—from the initial quote to final payment—was clear and professional. As our needs evolved, we requested multiple quotes, and they consistently provided detailed, itemized estimates tailored to our requirements. They were responsive, easy to work with, and made the entire process seamless.

Their estimate was reasonable and they performed the work on schedule and in a very professional manner. New topsoil, extensive drip irrigation. Gustavo was my foreman. We remodeled our front yard to replace the dried up lawn, install new irrigation, and implement a design that I had chosen. When I called RB to inquire, Nate was upfront. He informed me that they were fully booked for 3 months. So I reached out to other landscapers and got 5 bids. 2 were way beyond my budget and the 2 that I picked to interview further didn’t work out. Hence, after 2 months, I went back to Nate. Their bid was reasonable but I hired them primarily because Nate was so patient and thorough in answering all my questions and Gustavo who came to do the measurements was really friendly and knowledgeable. He listened carefully and gave me great recommendations.

Gustavo and his crew showed up as scheduled and completed the work in just 3 days. They worked quietly which I appreciated because I didn’t want to bother our neighbors. Gustavo involved me in every decision and was super creative and meticulous. His crew of 5 people was very organized and pleasant to talk to.

I had to wait for 3 months but it was worth it. I’m very happy with the job and would highly recommend RB and Gustavo.

We hired RB Landscaping to redo our backyard: tear out concrete and replace with paver stones, add in-ground lighting, add a french drain system, build a decorative (not weight-bearing) retaining wall, and replace the lawn and add a sprinkler system. They provided a competitive quote, and their quote was more detailed and transparent than those provided by the other contractors I consulted. Nate was very patient about and responsive to my questions as I changed my mind a few times different pieces of the work. The team began and finished the job on the timeline promised. I also appreciate that they gave me the option of selecting some large plants from their wholesale nursery contact, which they then picked up for me, as I would not have been able to transport them myself. They did an incredible job entirely on schedule despite me making more than a few changes to the design during the project.
