Edwin is the best!
We had our circular sofa for the last 20 years that needed reupholstery. Right from the initial email
Edwin was responsive.
We visited his shop in Richmond, chose the fabric and arranged for pick up the next day. We had a tight deadline of one month. And he delivered in three weeks!. He noticed that the existing supports were substandard and suggested options for replacing with springs. He sent text photos of the work along the way. And the results were beyond our expectations.
He is a true craftsman and would highly recommend using him if you want the best work done.

My nana would have loved this chair makeover! This chair has been in 4 generations of my family's homes. After more than 80 years the fabric had given way and become brittle and easy to tear, the cushions had seen better days and the springs were done. I have memories being a child sitting in this chair in my nana's house. I wanted to invest in a quality rebuild and renewal honoring past generations. In fact, when the chair was mid-way thru the process Edwin contacted me. I went to check out the bare bones version. I was so glad to see the wood that laid beneath the years of wear. Edwin suggested I sign and leave a note on the frame for the future as a time capsule type message. I was excited to do that and hope in some 80 years someone sees it.

Fabulous experience and craftsmanship! I got my 1970s couch and a glider rocking chair and ottoman reupholstered, and Edwin did a beautiful and artistic job. He also helped me to pick appropriate fabrics for each piece. He is also the only biz I found that does the job on-site instead of shipping it to another location to do the work. One well-known biz on San Pablo Ave wanted to charge me $500.00 (Edwin gave me this service for free and also gave me a brand new couch to use while he was working on mine so i would not be without a couch!!!) just to move the pieces back and forth from their warehouse. Also, the cost of the work was in line with buying new pieces which would never have the same quality framework. In short, use Edwin's services because they are superior!
