ReelTime came and rerouted 2 speakers and added a center channel today. They did it in such a way that there were no holes in the wall 😊 Saving us time & money on patching & painting the wall. The guys are very friendly and helpful (training me how to use the system). They also are good about cleaning up any mess they make and be respectful of our house. Definitely recommend them!

They are just so easy to work with. John addressed all of my concerns with such professionalism and knowledge, I had zero apprehension. Their installer (Lalo?) was amazing. Lalo came to update our systems and make some repairs. He spotted several issues repaired several more, updated our hardware as was sorely needed and got us a cool universal control. He and his colleagues are excellent, helpful, courteous, patient, and leave a clean workspace. Cannot recommend them more highly and understand why they are sought after.
