They do excellent work! My sofa turned out perfectly! However, it was really expensive. I could have purchased two new full sized couches for their price. It was an adorable loveseat (family heirloom) which is why I did it. If you want accent pillows, make sure you specify the size. I had to pay twice because the first time they were the size of sofa cushions and I wanted cute accent pillows.

Three of my couch cushions had ripped either at the seam or the zipper and Renn’s came to my rescue! The cushions look great, very reasonable in price and quick turn around! I highly recommend them for any upholstery needs you may have!!! They will continue to be a big help as I delay buying a new couch until my boys outgrow destroying them!

I have a disabled child, and received a hydraulic lift for him. The slings that are available do not put him in a good position to transfer to his wheel chair. I needed two smaller loops at the very end of the straps. I went into Renn and ask them if they could do that for me. He did it while I waited at no charge I would definitely go back to them if I need any upholstery work.

I waited to write a review about Renn Upholstery after seeing how our dinning room chairs re-upholstery stood up after more than a year of dinner parties. The fabric and new padding are still perfect as the day we picked up our chairs from Renn. We're considering having Renn re-upholster our couch knowing their craftsmanship is excellent.
