We had an excellent experience with the team at Revolution Landscape. From the inception of our project to its completion, Ari and Jeff listened closely to our desires and concerns and delivered an excellent plan that somehow managed to be within our budget and provided us with an amazing yard that we're very proud of. Their plan included a fruit tree orchard, raised garden beds, front and back porch pergolas, a dojo for our tai chi practice and an incredible fire pit with rock wall seating and water feature. They kept in close touch every step of the way and their on-site project manager Fernando was a delight for my wife and I to work with. Since the installation, Jeff and Ari have returned to monitor the growth of all the plants and trees and offered invaluable advice regarding the pruning of the fruit trees and effective irrigation management. We would recommend them highly to anyone looking for top quality landscaping.

Inspired design, on-time high-quality installation.

I recommend Revolution Landscape unreservedly based on their work at my home in San Diego. The project scope included a redesign of the front and back yards of a 5,400 sq ft flat lot, with a building footprint of around 2,050 sq ft, that was largely untouched since the 1940s. The challenge was to enhance the historical character of the home while modernizing infrastructure and increasing the utility, function and curb appeal of the outdoor space.

The design phase lasted several months, and the installation took almost exactly 3 months (as promised), including having to coordinate with the city which was replacing sewer laterals at the same time.

Ari patiently developed the inspired landscape plan over several months of discussion and iteration, always open to input. From the plan, a budget was developed in concert with the sub-contractor who actually did the work. Once the plan and budget were finalized, an implementation timeline was agreed to. The project was delivered on time and budget, despite complicating factors along the way.

The sub-contractor who actually performed the work was superb. The crew was talented, responsive, careful and driven by the desire to perform high-quality work. I really felt they treated my project as if this was their home. Flexibility was required to accommodate a city project to replace the sewer lateral going on at the same time - the crew worked around the city contractors with aplomb and despite multiple delays by the city, kept the project on track. The crew was always willing to go the extra mile, careful to seek input on decisions for detail elements and creative and inventive in looking for solutions to challenges that arose.

The sub-contractor skillfully completed a range of work including installing new infrastructure such as gas lines, water lines, electrical outlets, low voltage lighting, building a deck, pouring and finishing concrete, building planters, building a custom fence and gates, building a water feature, tile work, irrigation and lighting control systems that are internet enabled and so much more. The land was regraded and a completely new plant pallet installed.

The results receive frequent complements from passers-by and I am so proud of the result brought about through Revolution's collaborative approach working with the owner and multiple others.

I wish that Revolution offered landscape maintenance services, at least the major services required a few times a year. Having said that, Revolution has provided contacts who can perform the services, and so far, they have all performed at the same high standards established during the project implementation.
