I visited the store and was approached by a young lady who was both friendly and professional in assisting me. While we were conversing, an older white woman, who appeared to be the manager, abruptly interrupted us. She rudely asked the young lady, in a loud and inappropriate manner, whether we were purchasing anything, and she did so right in front of us. This behavior was both discriminatory and disrespectful. Despite this, we went ahead and purchased a $2,500 dining table, only to be treated in such an unprofessional and shameful way. I have spent over $10k at this RH outlet this past year but will not be shopping here again.

Truck driver here. Great staff very nice. If OTR driver comes to deliver here very tight backing, follow ur GPS but when u pull in ur gonna have to flip a u-turn behind Ralph’s in order to back into RH. Make sure to keep an eye on ur right side because there is a wall and light post that u come extremely close to, ur gonna have to take ur time and be patient took me about 5 minutes to figure it out and another 7 to get her in lol. Make sure to google ur area before pulling in and if u find another way to get in let me know.

The San Diego location has an impressive offering. Everything is well organized & the store is easy to shop. The team is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. One of the designer, Daisy, was very helpful and caring. She helped me with my selection & made my day. Daisy truly represents the RH brand’s impeccable service & dedication to customer care. The other team members are also amazing: Eileen & Anna (the lady who worked the evening with Daisy) . Eileen patiently helped me locate my pieces and put them on hold for me. This location is amazing!

Lots of inventory, more reasonable pricing than full price. Only bummer is required 24-hour timeline to move off site, but it's understandable- they need to make space for more inventory. Very happy with our purchase there.

Skip, the sales rep, was so kind and very helpful. Even for an outlet, I felt like I received first-class service and apparently they don’t receive commission. He provided great information about weekly deliveries and clearance specials, etc. I’ll be coming back often to check out new deals for sure!
