I walked into the store to inquire about some chairs, specifically their prices and dimensions. Unfortunately, the guy was focused solely on promoting a membership, despite me clearly stating three times that I wasn’t interested. As a result, I never received the information I came for—he was more focused with pushing the membership than addressing my actual questions.

The quality of Restoration Hardware products is first class. Our teak patio and dining sets have held up wonderfully with very little maintenance. The Russian Oak bedroom set is rock solid. Just don’t plan on moving it once it’s assembled. It’s heavy! The Rain lighting collection is amazing . Finding someone to install the 72 X 24 450 lb. Fixture wasn’t so easy. If you find yourself in a similar situation contact Massella Electric. Our Cloud sofa in a pewter Italian veneto leather took about 6 months to be delivered, 4 weeks longer than expected. It was well worth the wait! I’ll give an update on bathroom vanities and other configurations of the Rain lighting fixtures after installation has been completed.

I cannot say anything about the quality of the furniture, but I think it is downright wrong RH sends massive full color catalogues to EVERYONE. I have never even set foot in this store but still received one in the mail. They have been doing this for YEARS. Back in 2014, there are reports of catalogues that were over 1000 pages. I will not support this business until this despicable business policy is amended

This is one of the last stores with honest good customer service! Every single person I have worked with at this store was amazing. I have not met the manager of this particular store in Lajolla. Im sure the great happy atmosphere starts at the top. Keep up the good work.

Forget about having an enjoyable shopping experience and just looking through the store on your own. When you enter, they force you to give your personal information to input into their system. If you don't comply you're asked to leave. The salesman was insanely rude as well when I told him I didn't want to give my details. What a terrible business model and an invasion of privacy just to look at mediocre quality furniture. I took my business across the path to Design Within Reach and got some quality products along with a nicer sales team.

Aside from 1st class products, their delivery staff is outstanding. Over the course of a month we’ve had several deliveries, each time the delivery window was accurate, the crew called to let us know exactly when they would arrive, and were extremely efficient, friendly and professional. Delivery staff members Hector and Francisco are a great credit to your fine organization. Thanks
