RightWay remodeled our kitchen that required to remove some walls, rebuild cabinets, countertop and backsplash. The quality of their work is excellent, they are detail oriented, meticulous and precise. The countertop is a work of art. They were always on time, they were very respectful of our time and our pets and cleaned up before they left every day. They protected the rest of the house from dust and debris. The price of the work was worth every penny we spent and it was quite economical. The work was done even a little faster than they promised. They are also quite versatile, they can do many different kinds of jobs. The owner Joe and his manager Katie communicated with us throughout the project and checked on every milestone. They have a showroom where the cabinets can be seen and other items can be picked out from the warehouse they are connected with. All the cabinets are made of high quality wood. We highly recommend them!

Hired John to redo our kitchen , he also said he would redo our fireplace and tile 2 bedrooms. He agreed on the price labor and supplies. asked for first payment in cash even followed me to the bank. John started the job worked 8-12 sometimes 2 pm which made the job take even longer. Even though the price included supplies I still ended up buying supplies myself. Long story short he ended up constantly asking for money and let the job with a few holes in the wall from taking cabinets out. Bad seems where corners meet and tiled my fireplace with some broken tiles as well as covered up the gas hole. John showed up when I told him we were not home said he was going to finish he grouted over the broken tiles and left the gas hole covered! Never did the two bedrooms and refuses to fix his work. Now i’m having to pay someone to redo my fireplace! Unfortunately he blocked me so I could not address the mess he left!

Wow! I highly recommend RightWay. Communication! The project manager was at the site almost everyday and called 1-3 times a day. The work was phenomenal and professional. Every person who worked on the job were on time, efficient and cleaned up before they left. 3 weeks and the kitchen was DONE. It would have been 2 weeks if we hadn’t had to re-order part of the countertop. The entire transformation included everything on my wish list and more! There were 2 very specific things that I had been told by a different company could not be done and it was the first 2 things mentioned by the project manager that he thought should be done. Mission accomplished!

Do not use them! They do not pay there subcontractors! They will rip you off and treat the people who do the work bad. I would not use these guys.. Joe will tell you what you want to hear until he doesn’t need you anymore then he will toss you aside and hire someone else to do the work.
