This is the second 5-star review i’m posting for Robnett’s - I usually don’t post reviews but I am so pleasantly surprised/impressed with how much the level of craftsmanship and professionalism exceeded my expectations yet again (which were already high given how well the last job they did for me turned out). Several years ago they produced 8 cushions for a sailboat (please see previous reviews) - the cushions held up so well in the marine environment (with many guests spending many nights aboard) that I felt confident asking them to rebuild a simple piano bench. they immediately understood what i was asking for when i explained what i wanted the piano bench to look like making the initial appointment extremely easy, and delivered a perfect finished product in a shorter time than they quoted and at a very fair price point. I would highly recommend bringing any job that you want done well to these guys, and am convinced (after being a satisfied repeat customer) that any negative reviews are bots. thank you guys!!

I used them before Covid. Did a great job, though I did wait for a while. Very good price and nice people. I'm going back for additional work for my sofa cushions.

One of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. The work was substandard there was confusion on the billing and they ignore appointments and don’t even call you to tell you they’re not coming I strongly do not recommend using this company

Referred from an upholstery store to call them and the lady who answered the phone told me that the owners told her to tell me they don't do that work. Which was sewing two pieces of fabric together ( thats all i needed done)... what in the world are you in business for

They will tell u what you want to hear, then do it their way.It looks like a TJ upo lstery job.. Some places in T.J. are good this place is low end.
