The sales floor staff is always really helpful. I give them a solid 5 stars. But almost everything is custom made to order you have to wait months sometimes with lots of delays, but I’ve always been happy in the end. I wish they had some more subtle fabrics, they are so many funky colors and so few neutrals and for the price going with a bold color seems too risky for the average person like me 😅

A sign of a great store is how well they handle things when something goes wrong. Delivered wrong item. Took 3 months to pick it up from my house. Didnt refund me, I had to take up the long process with my credit card company (which was successful). Every part of dealing with this store was difficult, tedious and confrontational.
