Rochelle did our complete kitchen remodel five years ago and now she's helping us with our bathrooms. Our kitchen is so awesome, and all of our new guests tell us so when they first walk in. We basically knew what we wanted to achieve but didn't know how to get there. She asked us a lot of clever questions that allowed her mind to see what we were seeing in our own. Then she put very specific sample recommendations in front of our eyes, which made a hazy path super clear. She helped us with those winnowed-down choices too. What you will like about Rochelle is her confidence in what she recommends, and her ability to let your eyes see what her expert eyes do. Her occupation is a blend of art and science. I'm sure there are levels of expertise in it. She truly is a Jedi master.

Rochelle Mella is a color genius! I've used her to choose interior paint colors for both of my homes. She also was hired by my employer for our office interior colors. In all cases, I / we would have chosen the wrong paint colors.
Rochelle came to my home to see my furniture and art work, then we went to the new home. She pondered the paint colors while keeping in mind the wood floors, slate fireplace surround, art and furniture I already owned, viola, the perfect paint color and sheen choice! I would have spent $4,000 on the wrong paint color. She saved me thousands of dollars and I love the color.
With my office, she considered the art work's framing, existing countertop colors and also saved my boss $$$$ by choosing the proper paint and flooring colors to enhance what was already in the office. It's perfect! Again, we had thought of a different color scheme completely and were very wrong.
Now on to furnishings... Rochelle can see what an interior will need to become a beautiful home. From furniture pieces to finishes to floor coverings to vases, plants and all the extras that make a cohesive look that will enhance the space. I will never do this on my own again.
Rochelle will make a space more beautiful while saving money with the correct choices. Not to mention the stress of trying to make these decisions on my own! I will always have Rochelle make my design decisions.

We called Rochelle based on the reviews alone to help with paint, flooring, lighting, countertop and other selections for a remodel of our kitchen, dining and living room. We were coming up on some deadlines and afraid of making homeowner mistakes. First Rochelle asked if it was an emergency and whether she needed to come out that day. Even though it wasn’t that urgent, she was still out quickly to help.

Rochelle was great and a lot of fun to work with. She took the time to learn what we wanted to achieve and in just a few visits quickly helped us to narrow in for the key upcoming items. What we really loved was that she gave us the space to present ideas and then helped us learn what would work and what wouldn’t. For example, with our dining room chandelier, she had us pick half a dozen we liked, send her the pictures, and then together we walked through the possibilities.
