This is probably the best place in or around Mena, Arkansas to get work done. It is family owned and operated. They do awesome quality work. They try to get you in and out. Sometimes it will take a week because they are in demand. Remember great things are worth waiting for.

I went in and asked to have my car worked on and I was told twice to bring it back! I was told to leave it as I was not allowed to stay and wait on my vehicle. It is the only way I have to get around anyhow I was told it would take 3 hrs to get a sensor put in and that I could NOT wait on my car and told me I would have to leave it! I took my car to a different shop they changed my sensor within 30 minutes sorry may be a good mechanic and I may have caught him on a bad day but a person should be treated with respect and understand a single parent with only one vehicle very disappointed ☹️ but my car is fixed!!! I don't like being treated that way and I will not be back!!

We had our son's car towed to Rodney's when it broke down near Mena. We couldn't afford to have it towed all the way back home, so we had to trust that Rodney would be honest and fair. The transmission was completely shot, and Rodney gave us some options with very fair prices. Ultimately, we decided not to have the car fixed. Rodney was so gracious, kind, and patient with us as we worked on finding someone to come pick up the car. He would not accept payment for looking at the car, or for holding it at his shop for over a week. It is nice to find someone who was willing to help when we were down on our luck. We would recommend Rodney to anyone who wants fair, honest treatment with amazing customer service.
