The Rogall Painting Team just finished painting three large school rooms at Baywood Park Community Church, Los Osos.

Rogall Painting was the Maritime Museum's Board of Directors first choice for a much needed restoration and painting of two (2) donated C-Trains... they were such an eyesore for visitors in their original condition! When the Board approached Steven Rogall for a bid on the job, Steven was punctual to come to the site ( on the Embarcadero in Morro Bay ) and spent a few hours with his lead employee and a Board member. The estimate received from Steven Rogall was 13 pages long, and in much detail, outlined exactly how the rust and years of neglect were to be rectified and renewed! The pricing for the job was very fair and of course, being a non-profit organization, we were pleased that the quote was about 1/3 the amount of what we were expecting.... what a blessing! As soon as the Board approved the project, Steven and his crew were on site the next week and were finished within days.... all the Board members who are regulars at the site for maintenance and "jovial bantering" were so impressed. We still receive comments daily of how nicely restored and preserved the C-Trains look.... and we use them for valuable tool storage and donated marine-related items to be fixed for display at the Museum site. We take pride in the Morro Bay Maritime Museum site and it shows!
All-in-all... a very punctual, co-operative, respectful team of professionals were the people we had the pleasure of using for our large project and if we encounter another need, we would not hesitate to call on Rogall Painting again! Highly recommend to all our fellow Morro Bay businesses and highly recommend them because they are local !! Support local businesses like Rogall Painting and you will get a job well-done!

We called Rogall &Co to paint the interior of our home. Their quote was reasonable, their response time to our questions was excellent and they did a wonderful job with painting and
the clean up after. However, the reason for our review is to share what impressed us the most. We had a little miscommunication in regards to the spaces we wanted painted and when Jake, the project manager called to ask what we thought of the paint job we raised our concern. He immediately, as in the SAME day, sent his team back out to remedy the problem. Wow, that level of costumer service is hard to come by these days! We would absolutely use them again
and highly recommend them for any paint job you have.

I rated Rogall in the best category not because they were good and met contract expectations, but because they ARE the best in the field TODAY. I’m one of those who do not rate highly very often unless it's well deserved!
After making 8 inquiry phone calls to recommended professional painters within 30 miles, and 2 more to local “family man” painters, Rogall was only one of two who returned my calls, and the ONLY organization that completed a detailed estimate and offered a realistic time frame to do the job. In a post pandemic market, I allowed for the wait to do the job, and a longer wait for the follow up finishing touches discovered upon final inspection. ALL of the supervisors (and working teams) were overly friendly and respectful. Each supervisor for repair construction and painting actually reviewed and completed missed finishing touches themselves until I was satisfied that their job met both contract and my expectations. Each supervisor deserves applause, but I particularly remember the painting supervisor, Reed, who came out last and went entirely beyond the finishing touches he was there to complete! While waiting for a coat of paint to dry I caught him painting a wood garden planter to match the new house colors even though this was NOT part of the original contract! I must point out that Reed, in my absence, also made some detailed decisions in painting that definitely improved the job and met my discerning approval! Finally – I was very impressed that each team left the job site perfectly cleaned of debris and regularly stored items during the process and afterwards in a neat and orderly fashion.
My initial expectation for a contracted team of builders and painters was perhaps high for our post pandemic society – definitely things don’t happen quickly anymore. BUT I would definitely recommend Rogall for future work – especially if you prefer clear communication and well above expert performance!

We just did a big remodel on both the interior and exterior of our house, and we used Rogall + Co to paint inside and out and to fix termite and dry rot damage to the eaves. We are incredibly pleased with the work they did for us. They listened to our concerns and requests, and incorporated them into their work. They were both personable and professional to work with, and were available for all of our questions throughout the project. Steven Rogall Painting did the exterior of our home a few years ago. We were extremely happy with the results and have since used them for replacing our rear deck and several interior projects. They obviously take great pride in doing a quality job with special attention to neatness and clean up. It is especially refreshing to see several of the same crew return to do their high quality of work.
