Roger Perron designed and built our new master bathroom, master bedroom, walk-in closet, living room space and an outside deck. I am so, so happy with the way our home remodel turned out. Every night when I go to sleep in my new bedroom, I thank Roger. It’s so beautiful.

My favorite part is the way the new spaces blend perfectly with my old house, and also the openness I get from it. The house really opened up and I’m enjoying having more living space. Roger was able to understand our vision of what we wanted to accomplish and when his workers were in our home, they were always efficient and easy to get along with.

My #1 reason to do the remodel was to have my bedroom walk-in closet. The other rooms and living areas were an extra bonus. I got my walk-in closet! Another thing is that , my older son who has a house of his own, now comes to stay overnight much more often since I remodeled the house. He must like it! Many thanks to Roger for the beautiful, quality work he accomplished with our home remodel.

Roger Perron Design and Construction remodeled our home and we’re definitely very pleased with the way it turned out. We got a lot of return for our investment! Our bedrooms were increased from two to three, so now the family has room to expand. We had a very outdated 1920’s bathroom and another bathroom that was not designed very well. Roger’s design and craftsmanship for these rooms was lovely and functional and is a big bang for our buck. When his workers were here they were very respectful. We lived here when the work was being done. The workers were on time, left the place clean, and were great guys. Roger’s design assistant and his construction foreman were a pleasure to work with. We’re referring anyone and everyone we can over to Roger as we are 100% pleased.

We would like to take a moment to thank you and your staff for the beautiful remodel of our house. It was a great experience working with you. We felt that we always had someone by and on our side. From the design phase, through the build, and all the way to making sure everything was functioning properly when we finished, you were there for us. Your advice and wisdom helped us transform more than just our kitchen and bathroom. It made a building our home. It is a fantastic feeling to walk into our house every day and see the results of all your hard work. One of our favorite things is the way you designed everything to blend into our existing house. The new areas look like they were always there. A real magic trick! The kitchen area has become a central gathering area in our home, a true warm addition. And the new bathroom has a spa-like feeling. You really did a lot with a small area. We love it.

Barbara is a fantastic customer service representative whose smile I can see when she answers the phone. Communication is key to a large project and she kept us all connected. Alicia is an invaluable designer. She helped us design and select the beautiful tiles, colors, hardware and a million other things that we live with every day. Things that make us love our house. Mark,Troy and the rest of your home builders are exceptional. I have lived through several other remodels and I can attest that their ability to get the work done fast and efficiently did not stop them from being courteous and kind to the occupants of the house. They kept the work areas to a minimum and always had us in mind. They made sure to keep the area clean and livable. For that we are grateful.

Roger, you have assembled a fantastic team. And you are a great leader of that team. We look forward to our next adventure.

Roger Perron did a superb job remodeling and restoring our home after a major house fire. Given the stressful circumstances that precipitated our completely unplanned remodel, he made the job as smooth and painless as humanly possible.

He was always on time (and even early!) for our appointments, extraordinarily well organized and attentive to every little detail. His subcontractors were unfailingly cooperative and easy to work with, and did a great job. His sources for materials and fixtures were first rate and I rarely had to make extra trips to find what I wanted. Although very little went wrong during our long and complex job, when something wasn’t right, he uncomplainingly did it over until it met both our exacting standards.

He has an excellent sense of design and space planning, and an ability to share his ideas and expertise while understanding our taste and working within budget. I have, and will continue to recommend him to my friends and colleagues without reservation. The house is truly a showpiece.
