Rude agent. We were furniture shopping with our kid. He was just testing one of the ottoman and this lady came out of no where taking the ottoman away saying it is dangerous making my kid cry really hard. I was there keeping my kid safe. Learn how to treat your customers or learn how to treat customers with kids. Will cancel my orders and will never come back.

Modern furniture and great selection of pillows and floor coverings. It’s pricey, and some of the furniture is not quite to my design preference (I like more modular furniture wrists compact and that has simple lines but hidden compartments), but still lots to look through and there’s amazing staff.

LARGE SHOWROOM - with three floors. Easy parking and always excellent customer service on the floor. The R&B salespeople always have good design ideas and know their products. Parking is usually available in the lot.

Worst experience ever.
I purchased three Emerson 36w 18d 35h, Three-Drawer Dresser, on Feb 2022.
They delivered them after two months.
I noticed that there were uneven gaps between drawers and chips and dings.
I raised the issue with the driver.
However, he said that I have to go through the exchange process.
I raised a ticket, and the customer rep said I would have to wait additional four months.
Time passed, and in July of 2022, they finally scheduled my replacement delivery on 8/25/22.
On 8/20/22, I received an e-mail saying delivery would be made on 8/22/22.
Of course, no delivery was made on 8/22/22.
I called customer support on 8/25/22 to make sure I would receive the product.
Interestingly, they said delivery would not be made because their delivery truck is currently in Los Angeles.
They asked me to wait another two weeks.

I was very agitated, but I decided to wait.
On 9/9/22, they came without calling me ahead (the e-mail said they would), and when I saw the dressers they were as bad as the first ones.
I gave the company seven months to fix the issue, but they failed.
I finally had it and requested a refund.
When I checked the refund, they were not giving me a full refund.
They explained that sales tax went down (which is not true) and that they would not refund the delivery fee even though the products were defective.
I am currently fighting this because I am getting penalized for their defective products.

High quality furniture, nicely presented in the show rooms. Store has a parking lot which is convenient. Water/coffee/tea is offered to customers inside. Wish there were more sales & deals during the holidays.

Room and board isn't what it used to be. I can handle the higher end prices and waiting 6 months for furniture to be delivered, but ultimately it's not worth it. They really seem to be scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to the people that actually deliver the items as the last 2 orders have been messed up in ways that waste incredible amounts of my time to resolve. As a homeowner, you do not want to take on more "fix-it" projects if you don't have to.

Why does the delivery matter so much? Well, Imagine one driver being so lazy that he practically demands you to drive your own truck to pick up the items so he doesn't have to. Then when you say no, he hangs up in the middle of cussing at you. When they do finally arrive, they have broken one of the items. Worse yet, they don't pay attention when moving furniture and now a doorframe needs to be repaired on your brand new house.

All I wanted was some furniture.. not to spend time with a welder, a painter to fix my doorframe, and to pick up furniture that I'm paying to have delivered.

Never ordering from them again.
