Jewelry customer service was very rude although the store is busy which I understand I wasn’t giving the time to see some of the displayed jewelry because she rushed me. If she needed help she should have management get more help and not that being the reason for rudeness.

The guy that's at the dressing room is extremely rude. I go and ask him for a dressing room and hang up my TWO shirts that I want to try on and he takes a good like 20 seconds looking at the shirts, when usually the girls that are there take like 2 seconds. Hes just standing there inspecting the shirts as if I did something to them and looking me up and down like if I were about to steal them. He then in a very rude way says "jUsT tHeSE tWo". Like if there was more I would've put more? The hell. I then go in and when I come out I leave one shirt and take the other and when I hand him the number tag thing he SNATCHES if from my hand and gives me the dirtiest look ever. I don't know what his problem is but he made me extremely uncomfortable. I've never had an issue like this before, but this dude really needs to get checked cause he makes me not want to use the dressing room ever again. I regret not getting his name or else I would've put it in.

The workers are very rude and unprofessional, even the management stands around talking about how they can’t wait to be off and go on break. The register ladies do not interact whatsoever with the customer and take their sweet time to ring you up. Most of the times only one register is open . Very disappointing in comparison to other Ross stores .

Sorry for all the writing and for censoring my face, but Selma Ross is awesome, it’s big, it has valuable products, awesome clothes for you to try on, drippy fits, sporting stuff and interior is good, floors clean, shelves clean, fitting rooms clean, everything including service was good.

It is not possible that of 6 boxes only one is in service and the line is huge. terrible place I will not return because it is not the only time.
