I purchased 25 (16 pound) bags of polyfil but they sent me 25 pounds. It was clearly mislabeled on their website. I was polite and returned it without problem and they implied that I was dishonest and was trying to steal from them. Then they haven't bothered to refund me 5 days after return was delivered. Completely unprofessional behavior when they are clearly wrong. I tried to be nice and help them problem solve, but they acted like ungrateful Arkansans crystal meth tweakers!

Made a delivery here. Called ahead. Approach from I40. NOT I430. You can't make the left turn into it from 430. Turn left at the light then pull along side the building. Dock is in the back. Super nice folks. Unloaded right away. Wish all deliveries were this nice

I am so excited I found Rushin Upholstery!
I had a couch that needed new foam inserts for the cushions. I took it to all the local places to get quotes. The quotes were pretty high and I wanted to find a way to do it myself. I called Rushin Upholstery and asked for help deciding between two products. The woman helping me was fantastic and I ordered online confidently. The foam came rolled up and packaged well-keep in mind it was shipped from several states away. The advice I was given was to use an electric carving knife to slice the foam and it WORKED PERFECTLY! It was so satisfying to do it myself and I know I got a product that will last years. Thanks for the great service.

1st time in an upholstery shop. Their warehouse is massive! Good customer service is appreciated but great customer service is what they offered me and I felt like my experience was worth writing a review about. The prices were excellent! The guys in the back walked me through the warehouse, explained what was what, then gave me time to shop. They answered all my questions and when checking out, the ladies in the front office gave me information about upholstery classes in my area.
