Unhappy with the saber I purchased. Company would not accept a return for the saber. Poor customer service, and inferior product quality. You're lucky I'm 600 miles away. If I was local, or at least within reasonable driving distance, you'd have a problem that could only be solved by giving me my refund, or having law enforcement trespass me off the property.

You're god damn dishonest crooks, and deserve to be sued.

Amazing experience I even dropped him extended clip, and he didn’t charge us I’m excited to get my air and BBs for the actual airsoft gun!!!!

This is an awesome place to go and visit if you're a star wars fan. I loved the display showroom, and it was nice that the employee said we could try any of the sabers and see how it feels. We were actually afraid of the blade breaking if we played sword fights but the employee literally reassured us by literally bending it so much that it didn't ruin the blade at all. Very impressed by the craftsmanship of all the sabers. As of June of 2023, they did say more items that usually are out of stock will hopefully be in stock once they ramp up but it will be about several months from now. Will be back later, near the end of the year, to get my custom combination!

I cannot believe how wonderful the customer service is with this company. The product is AMAZING. It has way more than I expected, and we could only really afford the basic product, I was shocked at how MUCH the lightsaber we got had. It’s INCREDIBLE. We did have a minor manufacturer defect in the blade. Not only did they instantly say they were sending a replacement, but they sent a back up just in case. I had one person dealing with my purchase the entire time and they really went the extra mile to make my kiddo’s birthday present special. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

As both a martial artist working as a coach and already a proud owner of over 7 Saberforge lightsabers I can say this visit was well worth the travel. Such an amazing experience going to the showroom! We got to talking with Nick who was especially welcoming and very informative. We got to see his amazing paint work on some of the air soft guns that are in the second part of the shop. Very talented! But we need more of the Star Wars blasters back! We got to try several lightsabers that I was interested in and took photos with the beautiful displays. We felt immersed in the atmosphere, especially enjoying the crystal display, and even had enough room to practice a sword form. Will 100% be back to enjoy and encouraging people to go even if you’re just thinking about it.

Came in on a Saturday and there was a lot of foot traffic and only one employee running both the lightsaber store and the airsoft section but we had time to kill. Gave us the opportunity to really look around and appreciate the different lightsabers available, which there are MANY. I mention this because many previous reviews mentioned having to wait a long time to speak to an employee. It’s one person and once you make your selections or have questions, they’re giving you their full attention and answering all questions. We came in expecting limited stock and walked out with two sabers that we loved! Clear instructions, the ability to customize your saber on the phone app, and a website that answers all questions. They also had a holiday sale, bonus! We will absolutely be back!

Purchased a saber for son for christmas 2023. It was great for 1 month at which point it stopped working. Followed their email RMA process and received no response after 7 months. Calls to store just redirect to email which is unresponsive. Great product. Awful customer service. Do not buy. I have a sad son and wasted hundreds of dollars.
