This is in response to the 1 star review given by BittBurger. This customer received exactly what he ordered. He continued to send countless emails and text messages to our staff at all hours to the point of harassment. He threatened to give a 1 star review on all SM platforms if he did not get what he wanted. You can see that his Google account history of giving 1 star reviews shows the manner in which this gentleman conducts business. At SDLA we highly value our customers and industry partners and we treat them with respect and professionalism. We do not do business with one-off customers who use threats and bullying as their business strategy.

Horrible experience. Recommend getting your lighting solutions handled by a different company. Christine, our sales rep screwed up our lighting order massively. She ordered new construction on a remodel. The most basic, obvious error possible. She then proceeded to try and blame me, the clueless homeowner, for not catching her error ahead of time. We didn’t need to consult with the electrician because we simply told her to order more of what was already in the ceiling. She was the one in charge of making sure we get the correct product. Nobody else. Numerous attempts were made to get a corrected order placed. Instead she sent paragraphs and paragraphs of emails accepting no responsibility and trying to blame me again. I repeatedly tried to focus her brain on getting the new order placed, but she refused to say anything that would get us closer to that process rolling. Guess what else? She told me I was going to have to buy all new lights even though she screwed up the original order. Is she kidding? Run, don’t walk away from this company.
