Ally was my favorite ! I have been working with her for about 5 months trying to get me approved and today she and the staff went above and beyond and got me approved for a BRAND NEW 2025 Chevy Trailblazer. I had an unexpectedly great experience buying from this dealership. The full tank of gas and Lo-Jack anti-theft included in the purchase was an unexpected plus! Kevin was also very helpful and a no-pressure salesman who went the extra mile to make sure everything went well. Great price and great truck. I got in contact with Kevin in December. From the first phone call he had my business. Very respectful, super helpful, & knew what he was selling. I held off on buying anything till today and every interaction I had with him was genuine. He worked with my budget and made sure I was satisfied with the vehicle before purchasing. Terrible experience. I contacted Dominick the internet manager. After going back and forth we came to an agreement for the out the door price. I contacted him and ensured he was there before I left to make the purchase. I get to the dealer to find he was in a meeting and the person that greeted me knew nothing of the conversation. The manager comes out and attempts to start the sale from the beginning. I ask for him to communicate with his internet manager because we already have an agreement. After about 30 -40 minutes. He comes back and said to me. Dominick is not allowed to make deals. He gave “his best price” that was 1800 dollars more. I immediately got up and left. I email Dominick because he never came out to face me. He gives me his managers number to which I call. He blames Dominick and said we can’t make the deal that he promised. I left and I went to Hendrick Chevrolet. A dealership that actually follows what their sales people quote and purchased the same trim (ZR2) that was $1000 more in options for $800 dollars more than the original price Dominick gave me. They saved me $1000 and I got a better truck. Thank you Hendrick Chevrolet for giving me a reason to NEVER go to Sanger Chevrolet. Disappointed because I purchased from them in the past. Will never make that mistake. Thank you Armando for showing me why I should not do business with a spineless leader that throws his employees under the bus.

I am really happy with my experience purchasing a truck here. From the moment I got in contact with Kevin he was able to guide me through the process. If you are looking for people who value you and your time shop here!!!! I did the process over the phone since i was 5 1/2 hours away from Sanger Chevy and was able to walk in n’ out with my new truck. Really appreciate Kevin and Rigo for their transparency and honesty.
