*Read update below my initial review*The company's attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards ensured that everything was done efficiently and effectively.
UPDATE** I called the owner of this company back 3 months after our project was completed to help reattach and reset our sprinkler system box. It had been relocated on the wall and I did not know how to reset it, so I called for help. I should have asked the price of this service initially but I didn't and it wasn't offered by the company until after. They were able to come out the next day. However, I was charged $100 for something that took, at most, 5 minutes to do. This was not a fair price for the job done. If it was out of their way or a "rush" request, that should have been mentioned along with the price to ensure we had an understanding beforehand. I didn't ask, because I DID NOT think it would have been that much for what was asked and how long it took. Even when the price was given, there was no explanation as to why the cost for something like that was so high, even after questioning it (Also, I think it's important to mention, we were told by them that they would be back in 3-6 months anyways to see how our grass was doing and to readjust our sprinklers from going on everyday to going on only during our scheduled watering days, and this never happened) So, some advise when working with this company, ALWAYS ASK ABOUT PRICING beforehand. Don't assume it's always going to be fair or reasonable. The owner definitely took advantage of a former customer in charging this ridiculous amount for resetting the sprinkler timer. We will not be future customers, nor will we continue to recommend this company to anyone else.
