Mike has always treated us with great respect and excellent service. We experienced a minor manufacturing defect which was handled promptly. Great furniture choices and different than the typical pieces you see around town. Knowledgeable and helpful staff but they welcome you, offer assistance and let you browse without pressure or following you around. They’re prices are competitive in that they’ll offer discounts and best price possible whenever reasonable. They tend to have respect customers due to their quality of furniture and they’re treatment of customers. Their delivery service is prompt and high quality “white glove” service.

We recently began and completed a renovation of a condo in San Diego. Next we needed furnishings.
Glad we found Scan Furniture House. The owner and staff were extremely helpful providing ideas and recommendations. Ultimately we purchased almost all of what we needed at Scan. Very fair prices and excellent service and delivery. Would highly recommend.

General customer service give them a four not I habit of five reviews, but when it comes to dealing a problem for which I paid for and was not considered my fault base of there signature leather reclining chair is about the the most cheap arse base I have ever seen. It looks like compressed cardboard chair $1000.00 bucks replacement base 50.00 bought so as I could have template to make my own solid wood base.
Mike please have the common decently to look the customer in face and acknowledge a concern/complaint and not hide, even if you blantaley have a different view on matter. Have not been that disrespected in awhile SUGGEST YOU take a custermer service class.
Do a complete head to toe of quality of furniture before you buy.

I come from a furniture family. My father made his living owning 2 retail stores in the 70's so I know furniture.
I found Scan to have cold unfriendly staff. when I called because their suite number on Google was the same as at Woodbridge, the woman on the phone had a real attitude. I told her I was at the pyramid. She snapped back, "we are not in the pyramid, we are scan furniture" I have lived in La jolla since 1978, before that center even existed. We reference the center as the pyramid. Anyhow, beyond her cold disposition, the store was more of a warehouse feel with designer showroom pricing. Their "Sale" is just another typical furniture industry ploy to create sense of urgency. The furniture on the floor was ordinary and lacked substance.
