Scandinavian Designs Furniture

I ordered 4 counter stools 2 weeks ago. I was told it would be about 10 days until they arrived since shipping to Phx is usually on Tuesdays. Then I received a call from Kevin telling me one stool had arrived. I was planning to pick it up today. In the mean time, I received a call telling me the one stool had been sold to someone else right out of the store, so all 4 stools would now be received tomorrow for pick up on Thursday. Then—-You can’t make this up, I received a call 15 minutes later telling me the truck was overloaded so my stools won’t be coming until next week. Not even considering that they sold my 1 stool to someone else, the management of orders and delivery is very poor. We have family coming in for the holidays, not place to sit around the island of our newly remodeled kitchen. Bummed.

Excellent experience at Scandinavian design. They took into account what I really wanted in terms of a sofa, including how high it is from the ground! They walked me through all of my options, and even let me know about the custom order option, and then they gave me an accurate timeline for when my items would be ready. One of the sofas has been delivered, it looks beautiful, and the guy who delivered it truly gave me white glove service. Thank you!

Awesome experience from start to finish! Diane was very helpful when we purchased our couch, chaise and arm chair for our living room. She went above and beyond to make sure our items arrived on time. Excellent customer service, truly appreciate her time and patience through the whole purchasing process! Thank you Diane!

Ordered an entertainment center, lamp and end table. Entertainment center looks like tiger stripes in the finish on the top and when we called customer service and sent pictures they said “there is nothing they can do and that this is the way the furniture sometimes looks”. I asked for a manager to call back and have not received a phone call back. Will not order from them again. For the price of this furniture, you would think that I would get a phone call back. Poor customer service and terrible management, and they simply do not care. It’s a shame because there are others pieces of furniture we wanted to get. Will be going elsewhere.

Bought two of the cutest chairs from Scandinavian Designs. I Had to special order them due to the color of leather I wanted! They came in & were delivered with care! I love them but noticed a discoloration on the back of one of the chairs. Very noticeable. I called the store, spoke to our salesperson Patty & a new chair was ordered immediately. What great customer service!! I would totally recommend Scandinavian Designs for great furniture & great service!

That sounds really frustrating, especially after having a positive experience during the purchase. It’s unfortunate when a company has such rigid policies, especially when it comes to damaged goods that should be replaced without causing the customer additional hassle. The back-and-forth with scheduling and waiting can really ruin what should have been an exciting and smooth process. Unfortunately I have to go through this twice, second couch has the same issues.

I went shopping there with my mom, and the service was lovely, they know how to make good conversation while also helping you find the piece of furniture fit for you. The sales associates were sweet and almost bubbly which is a nice accommodation.

Best quality furniture we’ve found for a reasonable price. Sales & design help was awesome. No pressure. Good advice. Our order arrived early and was delivered by company employees rather than a 3rd party. They were very respectful of our property and attentive to our requests.
