He is a hands-on kind of contractor who really knows construction, not just a pencil pusher.
Problems can come up with any construction project but Erich is a skilled problem solver, one who keeps up on the latest technique’s and will catch it if a subs work is not up to par.
He is someone who can be diplomatic when dealing with difficult City officials, and know when a requirement is truly necessary or not.
