Went for an estimate on maybe repairing my wife’s VW Bug convertible top . Something my main mechanic was going to charge me 600 dollars to repair. The gentlemen (not Dale) came out to the car to check it out. The top was fine , no charge. Our granddaughters are friends and cheer on the same team at Rocklin High School. My daughter knows his daughter very well . But received outstanding service and of course good news.

This place is the bomb. They have replaced both of my front seats in my truck and they look awesome!!! Very comfortable too! Will gladly recommend them for upholstery repair or replace!

Besides poor quality material that won’t last more than 2 yrs. I called the owner Dale who has a bad attitude and zero people skills. He offered to charge me more than I originally paid! He had zero intention to try and reasonably resolve the issue. I should’ve known better than to take my Mercedes to this subpar Upolstery shop. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. If there’s one common denominator I’ve experienced in Auburn with Auto repair shops, majority of owners are disgruntled and don’t understand how to operate a customer friendly legitimate business especially when dealing with their own mistakes.

I brought my MDX in on short notice and Dale, Tim, and Adrian were super helpful and did a great job. Not to mention replaced my seat leather very quickly to help me get back on the road. Plus I got a great deal. It would take me all day to do what they did in less than an hour, and their work looks much better! I will use them again for my NSX seat repair.
