Working with Jackie was a dream! She made the place look so homey, warm and inviting. The combination of rugs, furniture and accessories complimented each other and I loved her selections.

She had everything laid out to view via her website with clear pictures and pricing. It made purchasing things so easy! If something was out of stock or to be refunded, it showed up there. I truly loved that feature.

Jackie was responsive and such a great communicator when it came to delivering the items and arranging everything. Incredibly dedicated to our project with attention to detail. I would highly recommend using Jackie's services and plan to use her again in the near future!

Dynamic Duo Is how I would describe Jackie & Tim Santos . After countless interviews of other designers I knew I hit the home run when I met Jackie and Tim. I bought a home in Scottsdale, Az, that needed to be gutted and redone. It was during the pandemic when you couldn’t get supplies or materials. I was also out of state doing it remotely. You never would have known there was a pandemic going on… Jackie and Tim got everything I needed and completed the job in the time in which they said it would be done. I never had to worry about anything. That was their motto “ let us do the worrying “. Jackie and Tim are the most honest people I’ve met. I never worried about them taking advantage of me or miss managing my money. They were so conservative with how they spent my budget .
From the start of the project, they listened to everything i wanted & dreamt my space to be, whole heartedly and took in every word. It was their passion to create my dream and they succeeded. Jackie & Tim are the most honest, loyal , professional people I know . I looked forward to coming into town just to be with them . Lots of laughs & love . When I redo my Florida home I will have Jackie and Tim come to do that project?

Scottsdale Interior Design Group is the most professional design team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Jackie and Tim helped me design the renovation of my Sedona home. Since I live in New Jersey I was worried about how we would collaborate and communicate but they use IVY where they would post options for the design and I could pick and choose from their suggestions. They understood my vision and were very supportive. Communication was not an issue, they were always available and very quick to respond. They knew we had a very short time frame, got to work immediately and were making great progress within days of our initial meeting. To top it off, they are super nice people and extremely helpful. If I ever have the need, I will definitely go to this team again!
