I recently purchased a furniture with help of Ann P. She told me when I purchase an item through the store instead of online ordering, if something was wrong I would be able to get direct help from them instead of calling customer service. She kept her promise!!!
My purchase arrived with a few minor defection. I contacted Ann and she was on top of the issue by being responsive and actively following up with me to ensure I sastify with the resolution. I will definitely come back to this store in the future.

I found Brett based on a referral and once I spoke with her, I knew I had made the right choice! Brett presented her ideas while being attentive to the need to balance my life style and preferences in achieving the right look for me. In other words, she gently leads you to explore colours out of your normal comfort zone. Her attention to detail is incredible and hence the colours, textures all tie together Brett is respectful of time while being both flexible and creative to ensure you receive the best of talent. She was incredibly responsive and always available via phone or email, offered great design advice and was so patient with me as we worked through so many different products to ensure I made the best selection for our desired outcome. ?️ what a lovely experience! I was immediately welcomed with warmth by Brett. She assisted me with identifying a vision for my bathroom remodel from the wallpaper to the lights to the mirrors. As she guided me along, she listened to my feedback and provided professional opinions. She even went so far to take an existing photo of my space and add the features we selected to the picture for a visual reference.
