Very grateful for the wonderful customer service at Serena and Lily Palo Alto. One of the dining chairs in the set I recently purchased broke, and Kat was able to replace it for us free of charge. Carol Nieto from the Palo Alto design shop was incredible to work with — I have never, in over 10 years of working with interior designers, had a better working relationship with a designer! Carol was efficient, extremely responsive, always available to answer my questions and best of all, she has strong eye for design. Carol guided me through the process of choosing fabrics, furniture and more for my daughter’s bedroom redecorating project. She was honest and thoughtful in her reviews of things I selected, never hesitating to steer me away from something if, for example, she felt that the scale would be off or colors wouldn’t look right together. I wish I could work with Carol on EVERY home design project moving forward!!

Extremely impressed with this store. Stopped in yesterday regarding a basket I had seen online. There was a slight miscommunication and the manager was so professional and gracious in how she handled it. Beautiful merchandise - will definitely be shopping here in the future.

This is a beautiful furniture store with a Bali-inspired vibe! As soon as you step inside, you’re greeted by a spacious, high-ceiling interior. The blue-and-white color scheme gives off a breezy, ocean-style feel. The thoughtful decor makes browsing here such a joyful experience. There are so many colorful pillows that instantly lift your mood, and the books on display have fun, playful content. If you ever visit this plaza, you’ve got to check it out!
這是一間漂亮的家具店、有一種巴里島風的感覺！踏進店裡挑高的空間映入眼簾，藍白配色讓人覺得很有海洋風格，相當用心佈置逛起來會心情愉悅的家具店，好多抱枕顏色繽紛，看了心情都提亮了，擺放的書本有些俏皮可愛的內容，如果來到這個plaza, 建議一定要來逛逛。
