Worse customer service experience I've ever gotten. If I was the owner of this store I would be pissed off.
My husband and I walked in. We were walking right up to the front desk one of the girls looked at us then put her head down and ignored us until we asked where the mattresses were at. She answered us and just pointed in the direction. My husband knows a lot about mattresses so he was the one explaining to me the different firmness and what was inside of a mattress. We found one that we liked and wanted to buy it, but no one ever came to help us. One girl, she was really light completed, she was busy with a customer, but there was another girl that was there she was just sitting down not doing anything. Little did those girls know that I was wanting to buy the mattress that was on the floor, and had 3 thousand dollars cash in my pocket to spend. I wanted to get possibly get a new bed set or couches. I still had more money in my account depending if I saw something I liked I'd pay more, but what's the point of buying something if I gotten sell myself on something.. I dont think so! I hope the owner sees this post and I hope he thinks about hiring someone who's hungry for sales. I walked into the store on 4/16 Monday evening at 6:15.

Worse experience ever! I have been a customer for many years. I have bought 2 bed sets and a living room set from them before. I will never buy from them again! I paid for delivery and set up. Unfortunately I was not home when they delivered because we had set up a date and they decided to delivery a day early. They didn’t finished assembling so when I got home after a long day at work I wasted 3 hours of my time putting my bed set together. As well as the two men that delivered were trying to get my mother to pay another delivery/ set up fee when I had already paid. They were trying to fool my mother and get extra money. I did not appreciate that. Thankfully my mom didn’t budge and did not pay them. My mother stated that the men told her that I could finish the set up. This infuriated me because I had paid for delivery and assembly. When I bought the furniture I made sure the bed set was gonna be fully set up. The sales girl confirmed when I asked her about it being set up. I even sprained my hand from moving furniture and had a visit to urgent care because it got swollen! I went in person to talk to them and they seem like they didn’t care. I was informed to contact the owner/ manger. I have called a few times and the head person is never there. I would recommend to go elsewhere!

The furniture here is very cheap and overpriced. I should of check of other people review here before purchasing. No exchange or refund doesn’t matter how long it been installed. The contract say to let them know before 48 hours. I couldn’t not get a refund or exchange before the 48 hours noticed for defects. Not happy at all. Would not buy again. The owner “ young skinny man” is not professional and very rude.

Small place but i always get aproved for doing payments here even when i first started building my credit. I had got sofas for the living room and the quality of the sofas i had got is really good the sofas to this day are still looking great. A couple weeks ago i went in and got a new bed as well and got aproved within 15 minutes. I recommend this place when wanting to build up your credit score.

Worse costumer service. I have bought a lot of stuff in this store, and today I went there to buy a table. Also, I wanted to report that a stuff a bought there wasn't in good condition, but the skinny guy who works there was so rude. He said that probably we ruined the stuff, and now we want to report it. I didn't report it early because they were close, and I was in quarantine, but he didn't care. He said it wasn't his problem. I will never going to buy in this place again.

I have shopped Seranos for over 20 years and I was treated very rude today. I was working with cashier to purchase my items and someone else came in. They had me wait to take her payment. I told them to call me when it was my time. I went to the car to get me some gum when the sales guy came out accusing me of making the store look bad by walking out. I told him i came to my car to get gum. The sales person said that I had wasted his time showing me around and then threaten me by telling me that they have the right to refuse service. I went back in to the store put my down payment on the items that I had purchased. And left. All my furniture in my house including the refrigerator, stove bed you name it has been purchased there. I'm heart broken by the way I was treated it was so convenient for me to shop there but if I have drive to another store I will.

Horrible experience. My parents ordered a dresser there 3 weeks ago, they were told it would be ready 1 week after their purchase. When my dad went to pick up the dresser, he realized they had never actually placed the order.
3 weeks have passed, still no phone call. I followed up with them, turns out they ordered the dresser in the wrong color. The staff was incredibly unprofessional, and when asked whether they were going to communicate that with my parents, the gal just sort of shrugged her shoulders. My dad just asked for his money back. Never again.
Please, save your time, money and the headache.

The entire group of employees are so unprofessional. The only "male" in the store is rude. I purchased a sectional (approx. price $2,300.00). Included in that price is/was warranty for any breaks & Stain proof. Well, my sofas got some stains, they should have able to wipe off because of the Scotchguard protection I paid extra for, the store refuses to clean & make things right. One of the recliners doesn't lock. They refuse to fix it. They put a used piece in the middle of my sectional?! Horrible to deal with & they are totally unprofessional. What business doesn't answer their calls & checks their caller ID! It's becoming common in so many businesses. I'm sorry that I bought anything from these horrible people. They make us look very bad.
