I hope the jobs they actually show up for they are more professional then the ones they screw people out of. I called over a week ago, made an appointment for my 72 year old mother to get her carpets cleaned. Was told someone would call me when they were on their way out to her house and that it would be Tuesday May 24th between noon and 3pm. Well we paid to have someone come move mom's furniture (which leaves a 72 year old woman no where to sit until the work is done). It is now
355pm and I just returned from the offices of Service Master/Merry Maids on Hill Rd because no one will answer the phone, and the voicemail doesn't give the option to leave a message. I was shocked to see the building all locked up lights off?!?!?! What at 330 on a Tuesday? Finally a vehicle pulled up and the guy looked to be 17 years old, he was very polite and apologetic and informed me this wasn't the first time this has happened. I am furious, my mother has been on her feet waiting since noon!!!! Ok side note,,,,the polite young man just called me and is going out there himself to do the carpets...this in no way makes up for the unprofessionalism of Service Masters, but it speaks volumes about the young man, kudos to you Dakota, I appreciate you calling me halfway through this rant! Your bosses and management should be ashamed of the way they are treating customers. The lady that answered the phone earlier in the morning when my mother called and told her she didn't have an appointment...what horrible service from a company with the word service in their name. I will NEVER use them again, and will be posting on FB for none of my friends or family to ever use them either! what a joke, you cant post a review unless you give them a star, well my 1 star doesn't mean you deserve it.
