Worst customer service and delivery. Overpriced pieces for subpar quality- Charging you this because avoid this place They think because they are located in Newport Beach that they are at Newport Beach standards. They are far below.

I bought a sofa and the delivery company that came was an adult and a 15 year old kid that weighed 95 pounds. The delivery guy said that the sofa would not fit in the elevator or up the stairs. Meanwhile I have a sofa already that is bigger and the lady at the front desk told me that people get bigger furniture than that sofa. He still insisted that I pay him $140 for delivery even though there was no delivery. Company refused to issue a refund for the sofa because they have a “no refund policy”. They even had the audacity to say that they have a $50 storage fee when I told them upfront that I was going away a week when I bought it. Funny how you can refuse something based on a policy that you created. I replaced it with a table that cost $2000 more. They refused to pick up the $150 delivery again because of their self serving “policy.” When you cite a self serving policy that is just an excuse for “I don’t care.” Just a company being cheap. My heart bleeds for the hedge fund who owns them 😂.

On the positive side quality was excellent. Margaret the sales lady was very nice. She was just caught in between me and the moronic policies of the owner.

Sandy [Design Consultant] was extremely helpful to my mother & I. She did a wonderful job explaining the value in our loveseat (luckily it was on sale so we got a great price).

Her attention to detail, as well as the way she is able to sell without being “pushy”, makes you feel like she genuinely cares. Furniture purchases can be stressful, so having someone like Sandy REALLY helps 🙂
